Product Overview

The ZWGC808 Gas Chromatograph Analyzer separates and identifies sample components according to their different retention times in a chromatographic column. It supports qualitative analysis based on retention time and quantitative analysis using peak height or peak area.

With multiple injector and detector options, programmable column oven control, high-sensitivity signal acquisition, and network-ready data processing, the instrument can be configured for routine testing, trace analysis, and complex multi-component sample analysis.

  6. Fast Column Oven Response: The large-capacity oven and automatic rear-door mechanism support rapid heating and cooling, reducing thermal equilibrium time between analyses.

  7. High-Sensitivity Detection: Optional detector configurations support macro-, micro-, and trace-level analysis, with suitable detectors capable of detecting components from ppm to ppb concentrations.

  8. Real-Time Instrument Monitoring: The 7-inch touchscreen displays gas flow, pressure, temperature, detector status, and real-time signal curves, helping operators monitor the complete analytical process.

  9. Network Data Management: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and instrument hotspot connectivity support workstation communication, laboratory network integration, data transfer, and remote instrument monitoring.

  10. Laboratory System Integration: Built-in MODBUS/TCP, HTTP, and MQTT protocols support data exchange with LIMS, DCS, IoT platforms, and other laboratory management systems.

  11. Cross-Platform Operation: The workstation supports mainstream Windows systems, domestic operating systems, and Android tablets for flexible data processing and instrument control.
