Interfacial Tension Analyzer
The ZWZL300 is an automatic ring-method analyzer for measuring surface tension and oil-water interfacial tension from 2 to 200 mN/m.
Designed according to GB 6541-86, it combines automatic balancing, touchscreen operation, result calculation, and data recording for reliable laboratory testing.
Product Overview
The ZWZL300 Interfacial Tension Analyzer measures the surface tension of liquid-gas interfaces and the interfacial tension between mineral oil and water. Based on the platinum ring method specified in GB 6541-86, it uses an automatic high-frequency induction micro-displacement balance system to determine the force acting on the platinum ring and calculate the final result.
With automatic sample positioning, calibration, calculation, historical data storage, and optional printing, the analyzer helps improve testing consistency and reduce manual measurement errors. It is suitable for transformer oil laboratories, petroleum testing facilities, power utilities, and research institutions.
