Product Overview

The ZWCP606 Closed-Cup Flash Point Tester determines the flash point of petroleum products using the closed-cup method. Designed according to GB/T 261-2021 and ASTM D93, it automatically controls sample heating, ignition, flash detection, result processing, cooling, and printing.

With adaptive PID temperature control, automatic atmospheric pressure correction, and a 7-inch color touchscreen, the tester helps reduce manual operation and improve test repeatability. It is suitable for railway, aviation, power, petroleum, and scientific research laboratories.

Adopting a 7-inch resolution 1024X600 color touch screen, the operation is intuitive and convenient;

Adopt new high-speed digital signal processor and adaptive PID control algorithm;

Detection, cover opening, ignition, alarm, cooling, printing, the whole experimental process is completed automatically;

Automatic detection of atmospheric pressure and automatic correction of test results;

The ZWCP606 has a measurement range from room temperature to 400°C. When the expected flash point is close to room temperature, sample cooling may be required before testing.

Yes. The instrument automatically detects atmospheric pressure and applies the required correction to the measured flash point result.

Place the tester on a level surface without airflow, clean the sample cup, fill the sample to the specified scale line, and ensure that the flash sensor and ignition head are clean and correctly installed. The furnace and sample cup should be cooled to room temperature before continuous testing.
