Product Overview

The ZWOP608 Automatic Open Cup Flash Point Tester determines the flash point of petroleum products using the Cleveland open cup method. 

Compliant with ASTM D92 and GB/T 3536, it automates sample heating, ignition, flash detection, result correction, cooling, alarm, and printing for efficient petroleum and insulating oil analysis.

Its adaptive PID temperature control and high-speed digital signal processor maintain the specified heating profile, reducing operator workload and improving test consistency. The instrument is suitable for power utilities, petroleum laboratories, railways, aviation, quality-control facilities, and research institutions.

Adopting a 7-inch resolution 1024X600 color touch screen, the operation is intuitive and convenient;

New high-speed digital signal processor, adaptive PID control algorithm;  

The entire experimental process, including detection, lid opening, ignition, alarm, cooling, and printing, is automatically completed;

The ZWOP608 measures from room temperature to 400°C. If the expected flash point is within approximately 10°C above room temperature, external refrigeration or sample pre-cooling is required.

Yes. A built-in atmospheric pressure detection chip automatically measures pressure and applies the required correction to the flash point result.

Yes. Although the test sequence is automatic, an operator should remain present throughout the test. Keep the instrument away from airflow, do not touch hot components, and ensure that suitable fire-extinguishing equipment is available nearby.
