Integrating online monitoring, constant current/power discharging, and (optional) quick capacity evaluation, it replaces heavy, outdated load banks with a compact, microprocessor-controlled smart system.

1. Versatile Discharge Modes: Supports strict Constant Current (0-300A) and Constant Power discharge methods, perfectly accommodating the testing requirements for both 48V and 125V lead-acid or alkaline battery strings.
2. Wireless Cell Monitoring: Equipped with advanced cell voltage acquisition modules (compatible with 1.2V/2V/6V/12V cells). These modules communicate with the main host wirelessly (or via USB), eliminating cable clutter and instantly identifying weak or failing cells during the discharge cycle.
3. Multiple Auto-Stop Protections: Completely protects the battery string from over-discharging. The test stops automatically when the set discharge time is reached, total capacity is depleted, whole string voltage drops below limits, or any individual cell voltage hits the critical minimum.
4. Online Monitoring Function: Even without discharging, the device can act as an advanced multimeter to continuously monitor string voltage, individual cell voltages, and charging/discharging currents while the battery is connected to the live facility system.
5. Master-Slave Parallel Operation: Need more than 300A for a massive battery bank? The system supports RS485 parallel connection. You can link two units (one Master, one Slave) to safely double the total discharge current.
6. Smart Data Management: Saves test data internally or onto an external SD card. Use the included PC software to instantly generate comprehensive graphical reports and MS Word documents for easy maintenance tracking.

The tester features dynamic, multi-condition auto-stop functions. You can set limits for the total discharge time, maximum discharged capacity (Ah), minimum string voltage, and minimum individual cell voltage. If any of these limits are hit, the device immediately and safely stops the discharge.
Wires are required to connect the battery terminals to the small cell acquisition modules (each module handles 24 cells). However, the communication between these cell modules and the main host tester is completely wireless, drastically reducing long cable clutter across the battery room.
We designed the system with infinite scalability in mind. You can use two instruments simultaneously by connecting them via an RS485 cable. By setting one as the “Host” and the other as the “Slave”, they will synchronize their loads, safely doubling your discharge capacity.
No, the ZW-FZY operates as a completely standalone unit. It stores data on an SD card or its internal memory. Once the test is finished, simply plug the SD card into your PC to view the voltage curves and print your reports.
