Product Overview

Powered by a high-performance DSP and ARM processor architecture, the ZWH101 CT PT Analyzer is designed to meet the rigorous demands of power grid verification. 

It supports a wide array of international standards including IEC60044, IEC61869, and IEEE C57.13. With its one-click operation, it automatically performs excitation, ratio, polarity, and secondary burden tests without requiring complicated manual setups.

 

Functions and Value:

1. Advanced Low-Frequency Technology: Employs a low-frequency measurement principle that allows the instrument to safely and accurately calculate high knee point voltages (up to 30KV) while outputting a maximum of only 180V.

2. Comprehensive CT/PT Coverage: Capable of testing Protection, Measurement, and TP class CTs, as well as electromagnetic PTs. It easily measures secondary winding resistance, volt-ampere characteristics, ratio error, and phase displacement.

3. Automatic Parameter Calculation: Instantly calculates critical transformer parameters including the 10% error curve, Accuracy Limit Factor (ALF), Instrument Security Factor (FS), second time constant (Ts), and remanence coefficient (Kr).

4. Extreme Portability: Weighing less than 9kg, this powerful analyzer is exceptionally easy to carry and operate by a single engineer in harsh substation environments.

5. Smart PC Software: Stores up to 2000 groups of test data internally. Users can export data via a USB disk to the included PC software, which allows for multiple curve comparisons and automatic generation of professional MS Word test reports.

6. User-Friendly Interface: Operates via a fully English graphic interface with a convenient “rotary mouse” (knob) input. A built-in thermal printer allows for immediate on-site record keeping.

By reducing the test frequency, the instrument ensures that the transformer core reaches the same magnetic flux density as it would at 50Hz/60Hz, allowing it to safely calculate knee points up to 30KV without generating dangerous high voltages.

The ZWH101 is highly versatile and supports testing for Measurement classes, Protection classes (P, PR, PX), and Transient protection classes (TPY, TPS, TPX, TPZ).

Yes. You can export all saved historical data to a USB flash drive. Using our complimentary PC operating software, you can view the data, compare up to 6 excitation curves simultaneously, and automatically generate a complete test report in Microsoft Word format.

No. The analyzer functions as a complete standalone unit. The LCD screen and rotary mouse allow you to set up tests, view data/curves, and print results directly from the machine’s built-in printer. The PC is only needed for post-test data management and report generation in the office.
