The ZWBB201 Multi-function Ratio Analyzer is designed in strict compliance with IEC 60076-1 standards for power transformers.
Ideal for single-phase, three-phase transformers, and PTs, it utilizes a proprietary algorithm to accurately measure turns ratio without requiring strict 3-phase power balance.
Its compact and lightweight design (only 4.5kg) makes it perfectly suited for both field diagnostics and factory testing.

1. Ultra-Fast Automatic Testing: Complete 3-phase turns ratio, vector group identification, and error calculation automatically within just 3 seconds—no manual calculation or complex parameter setups required.
2. Blind Testing Capability: If the transformer’s connection group is unknown, the instrument can automatically analyze and determine the correct vector group and polarity.
3. Advanced Signal & Waveform Analysis: Generates single, two, or 3-phase standard sine wave signals internally. It also dynamically displays primary and secondary voltage waveforms and performs harmonic analysis up to the 32nd order.
4. Smart Tap Changer Tracking: Automatically tracks the position of on-load tap changers and precisely indicates the current tap point during testing.
5. Robust Data Handling: Built-in memory stores extensive test records. Data can be seamlessly exported to a USB flash drive in a format directly compatible with MS Excel for quick report generation.
6. Excitation Current Reference: Safely applies up to 160V AC output to measure the excitation current, providing engineers with valuable preliminary data to assess the condition of transformer cores and windings.

The device features a built-in thermal printer for instant field receipts. You can also export the database to a standard USB flash drive. The exported files are in Dbase3 format, which can be directly opened, edited, and printed using Microsoft Excel.
No. The displayed excitation current is measured under the instrument’s test voltage (up to 160V AC), not the transformer’s full rated voltage. It is provided as a highly useful preliminary reference to help detect core faults or short-circuited turns, but it does not replace a standard no-load test.
