Product Overview

Dielectric loss measurement is a fundamental method to detect overall moisture deterioration and localized defects in electrical equipment insulation. 

The ZWJS101 breaks through traditional bridge measurement modes by combining an internal standard capacitor, a 10kV high-voltage power supply, and a microprocessor into a single, compact unit. 

It is exceptionally suited for testing transformers, reactors, bushings, capacitors, and arresters in power manufacturing, installation, and preventive maintenance.

 

Functions and Value:

1. Variable-Frequency Anti-Interference: Employs Fourier transform digital filtering and dual-frequency conversion (e.g., 45Hz and 55Hz) to completely isolate and eliminate 50Hz power frequency interference, providing pristine data in active substations.

2. CVT Self-Excitation Measurement: Precisely measures the capacitance and dielectric loss of Capacitor Voltage Transformers (CVT). It automatically calculates both C1 and C2, as well as the total equipment values, without needing complex external setups.

3. Reverse Wiring Low-Voltage Shielding: Allows for 110kV reverse wiring dielectric loss measurements without disconnecting the upper CVT busbar, saving significant time and labor during field inspections.

4. All-in-One Integration: Features a fully integrated design with its own high-voltage switching power supply (up to 10kV) and internal standard capacitor, drastically reducing the amount of equipment needed on-site.

5. Intelligent Safety Protections: Prioritizes operator safety with built-in ground protection (blocks high-voltage output if poorly grounded), overcurrent protection, and instant electric shock protection mechanisms.

6. Seamless Operation & Data Management: Controlled via a full-color touch screen LCD. Built-in memory stores all historical records, which can be printed instantly via the thermal printer or exported via USB for computer analysis.
