The ZWKC-G2 High Voltage Circuit Breaker Analyzer is precision-engineered to evaluate the mechanical dynamic characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers, including vacuum, SF6, and oil types.

By offering comprehensive measurements of opening/closing time, speed, bounce, and synchronization, it provides essential diagnostic data to ensure the reliable operation and safety of electrical power systems.

  1. Suitable for domestic and foreign SF6 switches, GIS, vacuum switches, and oil switches, delivering versatile diagnostic capabilities for substations and electrical test sites.
  2. Features a built-in DC20~270V adjustable power supply supporting up to 20A, eliminating the need for an on-site secondary power source and supporting internal trigger operation safely.
  3. Capable of measuring 12 metal contact fractures, 6 main fractures, and 6 auxiliary fractures concurrently, providing comprehensive time, speed, and bounce data in a single operation.
  4. Equipped with both linear and 345° rotary sensors with universal brackets for simple, rotation-blind-spot-free mounting on various breaker types and moving contacts.
  5. Utilizes a 7-inch color screen clearly visible under sunlight, coupled with built-in storage for 100 sets of test data, USB data transmission, and a high-speed thermal printer for immediate on-site reporting.
