The ZW5000S Primary Current Injection Tester is an advanced booster equipment designed to output continuous high AC current up to 5000A. 

It is widely applied in power, railway, and petrochemical industries for testing thermal relays, motor protectors, circuit breakers, and current transformer ratios, ensuring precise calibration and reliable electrical system performance.

 

Functions and Value:

  1. High Current Output:
    Generates 0 to 5000A continuous, standard sine wave AC current with a ripple factor of less than 0.3%, ensuring strong load capacity and stable testing for high-voltage equipment.
  2. Synchronized Timing Measurement: 
    Accurately measures and synchronizes the action time of tested equipment from 0.0001s to 9999.9999s, automatically distinguishing normally open and closed contacts.
  3. High-Precision Digital Display: 
    Features a six-and-a-half-digit LCD for voltage and current, offering true effective value measurements with up to 0.5-level accuracy for highly reliable test results.
  4. Automated CT Polarity and Ratio Testing: 
    Automatically measures transformer polarity and incorporates an instrument display lock function to make transformer ratio test readings fast and precise.
  5. Portable and Data-Ready: 
    Remarkably small and lightweight (30% to 70% the volume of similar models) and includes RS485 communication for easy data uploading and USB storage.
