Product Overview
The ZWER334 Multi-Function Grounding Resistance Tester is a microprocessor-controlled system designed for comprehensive earth grounding analysis.
It accurately measures ground resistance, soil resistivity, and ground voltage (AC/DC) while utilizing advanced fast-filtering technology to reject environmental interference.
Packed in a robust design with a high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, it provides unparalleled reliability and convenience for power grid construction, lightning protection testing, and routine maintenance.
Functions and Value:
1. Comprehensive Ground Testing: Supports simple 2-wire, standard 3-wire, and precision 4-wire measurement methods. The 4-wire method completely eliminates contact and test-lead resistance, guaranteeing extreme accuracy for complex ground grids.
2. Soil Resistivity Measurement: Utilizes the 4-pole Wenner method to accurately measure soil resistivity (ρ) from 0.00Ωm up to 9999kΩm, providing critical data for the initial design and construction of safe grounding systems.
3. Interference Rejection: Features built-in fast filtering technology and continuously displays auxiliary electrode resistance, reducing measurement errors caused by environmental noise or poor electrode contact.
4. Intelligent Connectivity: Seamlessly syncs with a mobile APP via Bluetooth for real-time remote monitoring on your smartphone. It also includes a USB interface to export 500 groups of stored data to PC software for report generation.
5. Voltage Measurement: Safely measures AC ground voltage (up to 750V) and DC voltage (up to 999.9V) using average rectification, aiding in the complete diagnosis of electrical fault conditions.
6. Field-Ready Design: Features a large, clear LCD screen with a controllable backlight, automatic power-off settings, intelligent alarm prompts, and a long-lasting 11.1V lithium battery capable of over 1000 continuous tests.

The precision 4-wire test completely eliminates the measurement errors caused by the contact resistance of the auxiliary rods and the inherent resistance of the test leads. It is highly recommended for obtaining the most accurate readings on complex or low-resistance grounding networks.
Yes. The ZWER334 uses the 4-pole Wenner method to measure soil resistivity (ρ). You can adjust the electrode spacing parameter (a) from 0.1m to 100m on the device to analyze soil composition at different depths, which is crucial for new grid designs.
The device offers two ways to export data. You can connect it to your smartphone via Bluetooth to view and save real-time data on the dedicated APP, or use the included USB cable to upload all 500 groups of saved data to your computer for professional reporting.
The “NOISE” symbol appears when the ground voltage exceeds 5V, which can interfere with the resistance reading. If this happens, you must disconnect the power supply of the equipment under test to lower the residual ground voltage before proceeding with the measurement.
